Easymailing's New Policy
In response to these new regulations and to protect the deliverability of your campaigns, Easymailing no longer allows sending to more than 5,000 contacts if the sender's domain is not authenticated.
What happens if I send to fewer than 5,000 contacts?
When you send a campaign to fewer than 5,000 contacts and your domain is not authenticated, Easymailing uses a temporary solution: a sender address is automatically generated using the authenticated domain mailbyem.com
.
Example:
- Your account is
client1
- Your sender address is
user@mydomain.com
- Emails will be sent from:
user-mydomain-com@client1.mailbyem.com
This domain is authenticated and aligned, ensuring good initial deliverability, but it should be considered only a temporary solution.
What do we recommend?
To maintain high deliverability, improve your sender reputation, and comply with the new requirements of email providers, you should authenticate your own domain as soon as possible.
By authenticating your domain:
- Your campaigns will be sent with your original sender address
- You will improve your sending reputation
- You will no longer have contact volume limitations
- You will be aligned with the policies of Google, Yahoo, and other providers
