Setting Up Synchronization with WooCommerce
To start using this feature, follow these steps:
1 Install and activate the Easymailing plugin in WordPress. You can search for "Easymailing" in the WordPress Plugins section and install it. Download plugin.
2 Add your API key to connect WordPress with your Easymailing account. Check how to generate an API key.
3 Go to the Synchronization tab within the plugin settings in the WordPress admin panel.
4 Complete the setup form with the following details:
- Store Name: To identify it in Easymailing.
- Domain: Where your store is hosted.
- Language: Main language of the store.
- Time Zone: Store's time zone setting.
- Audience: Which audience you want to link the store to.
- Group: Optionally, assign new subscribers to a specific group.
- Debug logs: Enable this option if you want to record plugin events.
5 Form settings: Select the data processing purposes or custom boolean fields you want to display in the registration and account editing forms in your store.
- To display data processing purposes, make sure you have enabled GDPR tools in your audience.

6 Save the settings. An initial synchronization will be executed to import existing data into Easymailing.
7 Automatic data maintenance: Once configured, the plugin will automatically update information in Easymailing whenever:
- A customer registers in the store.
- A customer creates or updates a shopping cart.
- A customer makes a purchase.
- A customer updates their information in WooCommerce.
- An order status is updated.
- New orders are created in the store.
- Products or categories are created or modified in the store.
In case of synchronization issues, you can download the debug logs and attach them when opening a support ticket.
Order Tracking from Email Campaigns
Easymailing allows you to track orders generated from an email campaign. To do this:
- Enable e-commerce link tracking in your Easymailing campaigns.
- Links will include a special identifier (em_ch) that will be stored in a cookie when a user clicks on them.
- When a purchase is completed, the plugin will send this information to Easymailing, allowing you to accurately measure conversions generated by your emails.
