When designing with the Drag&Drop editor you can go back and forward to any point you have recently edited in your story. As soon as a change to your message is detected, the "undo" widget will appear in the bottom left corner.
The widget displays three items that correspond to three actions:
Undo and redo: arrows that offer the classic pattern of scrolling back or forth between changes. |
|
Historical: expands a timeline of the latest changes, as shown below. |
How the history timeline works
The historical timeline allows you to look back and browse through the most recent changes.
The exact time at which the change was made |
All of these details provide a wealth of information about what type of editing was applied and when, giving you the ability to revert to a previous state with a high degree of accuracy.
When you select a previous step in the timeline, the content or row that has been edited is displayed, providing more context.
Note that when you go back, the timeline for the most recent changes remains available, allowing you to move forward again, without losing any of the changes.
