Easymailing lets you analyze your subscribers' activity in two ways: globally or individually.
If you want to learn best practices for managing your audience, see the article Best practices for managing your audience.
To analyze the global activity of an audience, open Audiences in the Easymailing panel and choose the audience you want to review.
In the Overview you can review the audience settings, subscriber evolution, and campaign performance by channel.
Audience data
The top card summarizes the current audience configuration. These settings can be changed from the audience Settings menu.
- Email opt-in: the confirmation method applied to email signups.
- SMS opt-in: the confirmation method applied to SMS signups.
- Unsubscribe: the unsubscribe behavior configured for the audience.
- Welcome email: shows whether a welcome email is active.
- Automatic bounces: the rule used to manage contacts with bounces.
- Sender and reply-to: the sending identity and reply address used in campaigns.
- Notifications: alerts configured for signups and unsubscribes.
- Regional settings: country, time zone, and currency for the audience.
Subscriber evolution
The Subscriber evolution block lets you switch between Email and SMS and choose a date range. The cards show confirmed or active subscribers, new signups, unsubscribes, and net growth for the period.
The chart shows the confirmed-subscriber trend for the selected channel, and the Signup origin block helps you understand where signups come from when data is available.
Campaign performance
The Campaign performance block can also be filtered by channel. The Email / SMS selector changes both the summary cards and the monthly history.
| Channel | What you can review |
| Delivery rate, open rate, click rate, CTOR, bounce rate, unsubscribe rate, spam rate, score, and monthly history. | |
| SMS | Sent messages, clicks, replies, errors, unsubscribes, score, and monthly history for SMS campaigns. |
Analyze an individual subscriber
From View subscribers you can open a contact's detail page to review their status, activity, opens, clicks, and related data individually.
