Create a template with AI

With Easymailing you can generate a template using artificial intelligence in just a few steps, and then edit it in our drag & drop editor.

How to create a template with AI

Follow these steps:

1 Go to Templates.

2 Click on New template → Create template with AI.

Next, you will need to fill in the following fields:

What do you want to create?
Write a brief description of the content and purpose of your email, avoiding references to visual styles or structures.

Prompt example:
“I want a template to announce a new product, with a description section, another section with features, and a CTA to buy.”
Brand style (optional)
You can select a brand style so the AI automatically uses your logo, colors, fonts, CTA buttons, and social networks.

Light and clean	Light colors and a minimalistic design.
Brand-focused	Strong use of your brand colors.
Dark and contrasted	Dark backgrounds and highly visible CTAs.
Soft pastel	Pastel tones and a calm appearance.

Centered box	All content is placed inside a central box.
Stacked cards	Several separate cards on the same background.
Full-width stripes	Horizontal bands spanning the full width.
Featured header	A full-width header with content on a neutral background.
Double zone	Top and bottom sections with different colors.
Magazine style	Editorial-style sections with inconsistent backgrounds.
Flat background	A single background without boxes or separations.

Important: Generating the template may take between 1 and 2 minutes.

Once created, you can open it in the drag & drop editor and modify any element: content, colors, sections, images, or fonts.
