Dates and special events

Time zones
Actions based on dates and anniversaries are executed according to the contact's time zone. If the contact does not have an assigned time zone, the time zone configured in the audience will be used. This ensures that events happen at the correct time for each recipient.
For example, if you define a trigger for April 10 at 09:00, a contact with the America/Mexico_City time zone will receive the action at 09:00 Mexico time, while another contact without an assigned time zone will receive it at 09:00 in the audience time zone.
