You can view reports and statistics for your forms and analyse whether they are delivering the expected results.
To do so, click the form you want to analyse and open the "Statistics" tab next to "Overview".
Subscribers
Contacts who have subscribed through the form. In forms with email, SMS or both channels, contacts are counted when at least one channel is confirmed. If the form uses double opt-in, a valid submission is not counted as a subscriber until the contact confirms the subscription by email or SMS. In forms with email and SMS, the contact can confirm one channel before the other; the form statistics show the contact as a single subscriber, not as two subscribers.
Impressions
All visits the form has received. In a popup form, an impression is counted each time the popup is displayed. In an embedded form, an impression is counted each time a page containing the embedded form is visited.
Conversion
The conversion percentage of the form. It is calculated as follows:
number of subscribers * 100 / number of impressions.
At the top you can choose the range of months you want to analyse. The KPIs show the result for the selected period and, when comparable data exists, the variation compared with the previous period.
You can also see an evolution graph with the performance of the form, impressions and monthly subscriptions.
Finally, the contacts who have subscribed via the form are displayed.
