What is Maia Copilot
Maia is your artificial intelligence assistant built into Easymailing. More than just a chat, Maia is a copilot that can perform real actions in your account: create campaigns, search contacts, show statistics and much more.
Maia is connected to all Easymailing documentation and blog, so it can answer questions about email marketing and how to use the platform. It can also search for up-to-date information on the internet when you need it.
How to Access Maia
1 Look for the Maia button in the bottom right corner of your screen.
2 Click the button to open the chat in full screen.
3 To close Maia, click the X in the top right corner.
What Maia Can Do
Answer Questions
Maia can help you with:
- Email marketing questions: best practices, strategies, tips to improve your campaigns.
- Easymailing questions: how to use any feature of the platform. Maia has access to all documentation and the blog.
- Web search: up-to-date information from the internet when you need it.
View Your Account Information
Ask Maia to show you data from your account and you'll see it in a visual and interactive way:
- Contacts: search subscribers, view their data and interaction history.
- Campaigns: check your sent campaigns and their statistics (opens, clicks, bounces).
- Automations: review the status of your active automations.
- Audiences: view your mailing lists, groups and segments.
- Forms: check your subscription forms and their results.
- Templates: explore your email templates and brand styles.
- Invoices: check your billing history and account data.
Perform Actions
Maia doesn't just show information, it can also perform actions for you:
Campaigns and content:
- Create and configure email campaigns.
- Create templates with AI by describing what you need.
- Create and manage brand styles (Brand Kits).
Contact management:
- Add new subscribers to your audiences.
- Import contact lists.
- Create custom fields, groups and segments.
Bulk operations:
- Move subscribers from one group to another.
- Create a group from a segment.
- Add or remove contacts from groups based on conditions.
- Export segments or groups.
- Unsubscribe or delete contacts from a segment.
Automations:
- Create and configure automated email flows.
Account settings:
- Configure senders and sending domains.
- Configure your account's GDPR settings.
Support:
- Create support tickets when you have problems, directly from the chat.
Interactive Interface
Maia displays information visually to make it easier to understand and use:
Visual Cards
When you ask to see contacts, campaigns or other data, Maia displays them in interactive cards where you can:
- See summarized information at a glance.
- Click to see more details.
- Perform actions directly from the card.
Smart Forms
When you need to enter information, Maia presents forms adapted to the context:
- Simple forms: for quick tasks like adding a contact.
- Step-by-step wizards: for more complex tasks like creating a campaign.
- Visual selectors: to choose templates, audiences or configurations.
Attach Files and Images
You can upload files and images directly in the conversation for Maia to analyze or use as context. For example, upload a screenshot to ask for help or a CSV to import contacts.
Usage Examples
Example 1: Add a New Contact
Type: "I want to add a new contact to my list"
Maia will show you a form to enter the contact details (email, name, etc.) and select the audience where you want to add them.
Example 2: View Campaign Statistics
Type: "Show me the statistics of my last campaign"
Maia will show you a card with the campaign data: open rate, clicks, bounces and more. From there you can ask for more details or compare with other campaigns.
Conversations and Projects
Conversation History
All your conversations with Maia are automatically saved. You can:
- View history: in the left sidebar.
- Search conversations: use the search bar to find previous conversations.
- Pin favorites: mark important conversations for quick access.
- Create new conversation: click "New conversation" to start fresh.
- Share conversations: share a conversation with other users in your account so they can view it.
Projects
Projects allow you to create workspaces with specific context. You can upload files that Maia will have available in all conversations within that project.
1 Create a project and give it a descriptive name.
2 Add a description and specific instructions for that project.
3 Upload files (PDF, documents, images) with relevant information.
4 Create conversations within the project and Maia will automatically consult those files to give you more accurate answers.
Share with Your Team
You can share both conversations and projects with other users in your account:
- Shared conversations: other users can view the conversation and its history.
- Shared projects: other users can access the project, its files and create conversations in it.
AI Credits
Using Maia consumes AI credits from your subscription.
View Your Usage
You can see how many credits you've consumed and how many you have left in two ways:
- Below the chat input: you'll see your current usage and remaining credits in real time.
- In Settings → My Subscription: for the complete detail.
Limits and Additional Usage
Each subscription plan includes a monthly AI credits limit. When you run out of credits:
1 A modal will appear in the chat indicating you've reached the limit.
2 From that same modal you can activate additional AI usage.
3 Set a maximum additional spending limit.
You can also configure additional usage in advance from Settings → My Subscription.
