Introduction
Optimizing the SEO (Search Engine Optimization) of your landing page or website is crucial for improving its visibility in search engines and attracting more organic traffic. In this guide, we will show you how to configure the SEO of your landing page or website in Easymailing, including the optimization of meta tags, content, and other key factors to improve your ranking in search results.
Configuring SEO at a General Level for the Website or Landing Page
1 Click "Edit" within the "SEO" section on the right side of the "Overview" of your landing page or website.
2 Select whether you want your website to be "Indexable" by search engines.
If it is indexable, you will have the option to activate the "Sitemap". This creates an XML file visible to search engines with all the pages marked as "Indexable".
You can check the sitemap at the URL: yourdomain.com/sitemap.xml.
Configuring SEO for Each Page
1 Click "SEO" in the dropdown menu located on the right side of each page.
2 Fill out the form with the following fields:
- Meta Title: The title that will appear in search results. It should be clear, concise, and contain relevant keywords to attract users to your page.
- Meta Description: A brief summary of the page that appears in search results. It should be informative, engaging, and contain keywords that describe the page's content to encourage users to click.
- Indexable: Check this option if you want the page to be indexed and visible in search engines.
