Introduction
A website is a collection of interconnected web pages that share a common domain and are accessible via the Internet. With Easymailing, you can create a professional website that includes multiple pages, such as a homepage, product or service sections, and a contact page, among others. This allows you to offer a complete and consistent experience to your visitors.
How to Create a Website on Easymailing
1 Go to the "Websites" section.
2 Click on "New Website".
Complete the form by selecting the audience where you want to create the website:
- Title: Internal identifying title.
- Audience: Select an audience. Note that if you want to add forms, you must select the audience where those forms are; otherwise, you won't be able to select them.
- URL: Subdomain where your website will be hosted.
- Type: Select "Website".
3 Select the template.
How to Edit Pages
Once the website is created, you can edit the pages and modify the settings.
1 Click on "Edit Design" on the page you want to edit.
2 Edit the page to your liking and click "Save".
How to Add New Pages
1 Click on "New Page".
Fill out the form and click "Save":
- Title: The title of the page.
- URL Path: The page's navigation slug.
- Hide in Navigation: If you enable this option, the page will not be added to the menu.
- Publish: Indicates whether you want it to be published or a draft.
How to Duplicate Pages
1 Click on the dropdown menu on the right of each page, and select "Duplicate".
2 Fill out the form and click "Duplicate".
How to Set the Home Page
1 Click on the dropdown menu on the right of the page you want to set as the home page, and select "Set as Home Page".
2 Click "Save".
How to Preview My Website
1 Click the "Preview" button to see how your website is coming along.
How to Publish My Website
1 Click the "Paused" button to publish your website. Once clicked, it should indicate "Published".
