Once you have defined the Trigger, you can start with the actions you want to take.
Below we explain each of them and their possibilities.
Just as you do when creating a regular campaign, you will be shown all the options to run it.
Title: This is the informative, non-public title that you must add to identify your email.
From: Specify the name of the sender of the campaign, the sender's email address and whether you want to activate conversations or use a reply email.
Subject and preview: Enter the subject of your campaign and the preview text (preheader); you can also use tags and emojis to attract attention.
Template: Select a previously created template or design a new one.
Tracking: Enable the tracking options you want for your campaign metrics.

Wait
Specify the amount of time (minutes, hours, days, weeks) you want to wait to access the next step.
Note that an automation without any "Wait" action will execute the whole sequence simultaneously!
Condition
Derive the subscriber one way or the other by means of conditions as you do in segments.
If the subscriber meets the conditions, it will be diverted to the left side of the flow, otherwise it will continue on the right side.
For example: if the subscriber has opened campaign "X", he/she goes to node 1, otherwise to node 2.
Action
Here you can perform various actions to change the subscriber's status:
Update custom field Updates a selected custom field to a specified value |
|
Link to a group Links the subscriber to a particular group |
|
Unlink from a group Unlink the subscriber of a given group |
|
Unsubscribe Unsubscribe the contact from your scenario's audience |
|
Update Score Adds or deducts points to subscriber quality |
