Automations start with triggers.

For example, if you wanted to send a welcome email to subscribers who have completed a subscription form, you would activate the trigger type "completed form" and indicate the action you want to take. What actions can I take?

You can create a maximum of 3 triggers to start the flow. For example, "When a contact subscribes to an audience" or "When a subscriber clicks on a campaign" or "When a subscriber opens a campaign". If any of these triggers were met, automation would begin.

	Form Completed When a contact completes a form. You need a previously created form to set up this trigger.
	Subscribed Contact When a contact subscribes to an audience via API, Control Panel or web form.
	Contact linked to a group When a subscriber is linked to one of your groups.

Campaign Interaction

Events associated with a campaign activity

The campaigns you want to monitor must be associated with your scenario audience.

	Click on a campaign When a subscriber clicks on a campaign.
	Click on a link When a subscriber clicks on a specific link in a campaign. Select the campaign and the exact link "https://www.domain.com".
	A campaign was not clicked When asubscriber does not click on a campaign in the first 24 hours after sending.
	Opening in a campaign When a subscriber opens a campaign
	A campaign was not opened When a subscriber does not open a campaign within 24 hours after sending.

Dates and special events

Special events related to dates.

	Specific date * When the date saved in a custom field is met
	Date Anniversary * When the anniversary of a date saved in a custom field occurs.
	Anniversary of subscription date When the anniversary of the subscription date of the contact occurs
